I have reviewed other similar complaints about this company taking money out of accounts, but am curious as to how to get them to stop. I have attempted to get in touch with them by phone but have been unsuccessful.

If they are frauding so many people there must be someone out there that knows how I can get them to stop taking money out of my account. Does anyone know how they are getting peoples bank information? I have never even heard of this company? They are taking $9.99 out of my bank account every month.

I just want it to stop.

Ordered Buyfixit for some scratches. Mistakenly clicked on $10 rebate, thinking it was for the order I just placed.

There was no way to back out of this Buyers Edge ***.

Got a phone # from this website, and hope I can get out of it by calling them. Otherwise, will stop payment to them through bank where my card is issued.

Call 1-80*-***-**** and tell the operator you don't want anything else to come out of your account. She/he will try to convince you that it's a great deal and will even offer you a $20 gift certificate to stay a member.

Tell her/him firmly to close the account and you do not expect to see any more transactions from this company. She/he will then finally give you a confirmation number for the cancelled account (WRITE THIS DOWN) and will credit your card back for the latest transaction.

Call 847-240-**** and ask for Cory or Frank. Tell the receptionist you're with Target, Kohl's, or Home Depot, and you need information from them in case she doesn't put you through.

Once you have a *** on the line, tell them you want your charges reversed immediately, and you want credit for all past charges.

Be firm, and remember, these jerks are the ones who tricked you into being charged every month in the first place. Don't feel bad!
