They apologized and said that I would be credited the charge. The next month I got another charge. I called again, gave them my confirmation number and was told that they had no record of my call before". I filed a complaint with my creditor and contacted my lawyer/. My lawyer sent a letter stating my my complaint and they returned a letter saying they had nothing on file with my name?. All of my bank statements clearly show the transactions from them?. I am waiting on more information as to what will be done,. I was told by my lawyer that I would have no out of pocklet expenses for his service,. Buyer's Edge will be responsible for all fees plus reimbursment?. He said it is a win win situation since I have all of my statements and they replied to his letter'.

This company has access to social security numbers, so no wonder they can find out your current card information even if it is not the original card you used with them.
