Ordered an "available" clothes washer and dryer online, gave my credit card information and got an order confirmation. Three days later I get an email from Justin saying the items were not available and would I like to talk to a product specialist about replacements. I responded yes. The next day I get another email saying (and I quote) "I apologize. Justin is no longer with the company do to him taking orders we couldn’t ship at this time. Your order was cancelled and not charged. We are sorry for any inconvenience but we recently changed trucking companies and do not have any one to delivery to your area." This the BEST company I know of for making excuses as to why they can't do an advertised deal!!! 35b1aec
