Buyers Edge is a scam. They got my account information from a purchase from another company. When I called (and spoke with someone calling herself Luz) she said I agreed to join a free 30 trial from an online offer and after that the I was charged monthly ($14.95 per month). I never knowingly joined Buyers Edge. They said they would only refund the last deduction which was made yesterday. I think my personal information got snagged by Buyers Edge when I purchased a product from Youthology Research Institute, LLC, of Los Angeles, CA 91403. Which by the way, Youthology set me up for auto shipments without my knowledge and said there were no returns/refunds on auto-shipments. 128a830
