My 'welcome letter' from Buyer's Edge was signed (OK, allegedly signed) by a L. S. Grummel, Director, Club Services. I googled the name and got the following... kind of interesting.

the name of the company is Simply Mine, and this was a complaint that showed on www.complaintboard.com. Google the name L. S. Grummel and it will point you to the same link.

Is this person real or fictional? It also makes me wonder if the two companies are related somehow. This is quite possible... so many companies do this.
