My mother is 76 years old watches alot of television, one day a packaged came in the mail to make a long story short it was a Super Wave Oven. I checked her bank account and sure enough there was a charge for this 94.80. I called the company telling them I was returning, the lady was very nice and told me to insure and return my mothers money would be returned. This cost 26.95 today checking her account they only refunded 59.80 they charged her 34.90 for shipping I called they more or less said sorry for you luck. Please help stop the abuse of elderly people. Please refuse to deal with companies like this. 35b2396
